Randolph Community Preschool is Hiring a Full Time Preschool Teacher Near Randolph, VT

Randolph Community Preschool is a private non-profit program. Our center runs five days per week and serves three to five year olds, year-round, from the Randolph community and surrounding areas. RCP is looking for a highly motivated Preschool Teacher to join our team of professionals. Interested candidates must meet the Vermont State regulations for Preschool Educator. Interested candidates will be responsible for working as a part of a cohesive teaching team, participating in creating curriculum, providing a safe and stimulating learning environment, and helping to manage the daily routine. Candidates must have an understanding that each child is unique and work towards making strong relationships with the children in the program. The candidate shall be skilled in communicating with both children and adults, and effectively interact with and support families and staff. The candidate will ensure that all program policies and state regulations are met. Observing and assessing children's development will be important in providing appropriate learning activities. The candidate will also take pride in making sure the physical environment is clean and safe.
