SUMMARY
Helps prepare, serve and clean up after meals in an acceptable manner by performing the following duties and any other that are given by the supervisor in a K-8th grade school setting:
Carefully follows directions given by the supervisor.
Diligently works at his/her specific tasks and offers help to others when needed.
He/She acquaints themselves with every procedure and all equipment in the lunchroom.
Maintains orderly and clean work areas.
Prepare and serve food in an attractive manner.
Adhere to rigid sanitary standards.
Takes pride in personal appearance; maintains good personal hygiene.
Performs duties as required at special catering functions.
Reports absence to the Director of Food Service at least 1 ½ hours prior to the assigned work time.
Relates successfully with peers, students, and public.
Lunchroom employees shall meet all necessary health requirements and following the guidelines of the dress code.
The specific working hours will be arranged with Director of Food Service.
Abide by all Randolph School policies
QUALIFICATIONS
Maintains good health, high moral character, and good attendance record.
Has the ability to organize and carryout lunchroom procedures.
Be able to do tasks that require repetitive motion.
Be able to lift thirty (30) pounds.
Upon employment, must complete sanitation training as per negotiated agreement.
Meet the legal requirements relative to a criminal background check.
