We are looing for an enthusiastic system administrator in a fast past, complex business environment. They will be responsible for supporting product owners in a processing center. The administrator will be responsible for a broad variety of support systems with virtual or physical machines and software, supporting change requests and projects, and finding areas primed for an automation opportunity.

Job Duties -
Provide Level 2 support for all systems/business applications under the domain of the client's processing center. Manage support and maintenance activity for processing center systems. Support includes: Triaging and resolving Production and Non-Prod (DEV, TEST) incident tickets within Service Now, Vendor software maintenance activity, Actively monitor and report on system availability and health using standard monitoring tools, evaluate common, reoccurring issues that arise within the supported systems, maintain knowledge base articles for support, and maintain Disaster Recovery plans and execute failover activities aligned to business continuity expectations.

-Add Inventory of homegrown widgets to our Suite of owned software & systems.
-Opportunities to improve Vault reconciliation (currently Excel macro sheet)
-Standard IT Monitoring-- automated alerts when things stop working
-Review & Restructure Service Now Assignments
-Review all the client devices.
-Workstation Upgrade to Windows10 (Inserters)
-Xerox & Ricoh Printer Vulnerabilities
-Tech cause deep dives on common issues
-Debug Tray tagging functionality for Tray Management System (TMS) (crashes 100% of time)
-Deep Dive on Syntera Server connectivity issues.
-Reduce print feed issues (web breaks).
-Support product teams on large initiatives, such as Pinless Paper Migration, Mailstream Plus Server upgrades, HSM software refresh.
-Upgrade and maintain CLS-Infoship software (Fedex labeling software).
- Developing backup and recovery procedures.

- Hands on experience with server administration for Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Service now or comparable ticketing system experience
- Change management
