Randstad Digital is Hiring a Desktop Technician Near Osseo, MN

IT Technician is responsible for new-user orientations and onboarding, providing an overview on all required technology and security processes. Topics include: multi-factor (or 2-factor) authentication, Windows overview, Microsoft Office Suite overview, VPN, Virtual Telephones, MS Teams, Printers. IT Technician will work with the IT MSP to troubleshoot tickets that require on-site support. Primary interactions with MSP will be with hardware support and software support as needed.
