This is a 100% onsite position in Long Beach, CA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining our current network security infrastructure. You will design our revamped network infrastructure with the goal of maximizing our network performance.

Responsibilities

• Play pivotal role in managing our clients Local Area Network/Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) infrastructure
• Configuring, installing, and troubleshooting complex network and application server hardware, operating systems, and network equipment such as routers, cabling systems, bridges, network interface cards, multiplexers, modems, and concentrators
• Switching, stacking, configuration, and cabling.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience working with the Juniper Networking Platform, Junos, Juniper devices
• U.S. Citizen eligible to OBTAIN a DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Current driver license and the ability to pass motor vehicle violation background check
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or or equivalent years of work experience
• Juniper Mist AI a big plus
• Familiarity with NIST/ NIST 800-53 network security controls.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper in data centers and/or factories.
• Familiarity with Fortinet and WiFi configuration (preferred).
• Experience with automating switch deployment using Ansible and monitoring switches.
• Excellent customer service skills. Willing and eager to engage in hands-on tasks.
