Job Details
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Software Engineering to oversee our software development efforts. This role is critical in shaping our software engineering practices, driving technological advancements, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
location: DALLAS, Texas

salary: $200,000 - 250,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the software engineering strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify and implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance productivity and quality.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions. Ensure that architectural decisions align with business goals and that software is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
