Our innovative Product team is seeking a passionate Power BI Solutions Architect/Engineer to drive the definition and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions. In this role, you will serve as a leader in developing and implementing robust Power BI architectures, translating customer needs into deliverable outcomes. You will also serve as a change advocate, driving a user-centric approach with powerful, data-driven experiences that delight our customers. Additionally, you will strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with product peers, design experts, program leaders, and engineering partners to drive successful product execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive Power BI solutions to support business decision-making processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with business, design, and delivery partners to ensure clarity of business objectives and user needs.
• Maintain and manage a Power BI product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely delivery and dependency management.
• Enable product delivery, readiness, and rollout by facilitating demos, overseeing user acceptance testing, and coordinating relevant training efforts.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
• Provide expertise and best practices on Power BI capabilities and features to improve business intelligence practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred with relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Power BI Solutions Architect/Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization.
• Experience in Agile development framework, product lifecycle development, and JIRA.
• Proficient in translating complex business data analysis into actionable and scalable Power BI solutions.
• Ability to author thorough, detailed, high-quality documentation, including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Experience independently managing requirements and design-related activities for complex, multi-business, multi-system initiatives.
• Background in Finance/Accounting and/or Data is a plus.
