- The Customer Journal team (part of the Data and AI team) provides an end-to-end framework for capturing and using high-quality customer journey data for data-driven experiences. Specific to this role, they are responsible for the design and creation of all analytics implementation technical specs. Our goal is to enable product teams contributing to Customer Journal to take ownership and feel confident about their analytics implementations.
This individual will be responsible to gather requirements and assist in answering questions on how best to structure tech specs based on the product team's needs.
Areas of focus include:
- Gather tech spec requirements
- Write tech specs
- Review tech specs and answer questions from the product teams
- Meet with stakeholders to understand requirements and be able to identify through a strategic lens if the request will have a larger impact, then just that product team
Outcome / success indicators are to provide support and be an additional resource to keep up with the demand of tech spec requests.
Measured by speed and quality of tech specs being created and provided to the product teams.
