Project Manager - Operations/Infrastructure
The successful candidate will support a large scale modernization effort, working primarily with the Capital Projects team to upgrade existing and implement new equipment across the factory. This will involve working with vendors and site resources to discover and apply modern technology to manufacturing parts for the aerospace industry.
Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on work area. Works autonomously with limited supervision on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. Sets objectives for own area of responsibility to meet the objectives or goals of projects and assignments.
Will primarily support operations / infrastructure projects in a manufacturing environment.
Skills/Tools:
- Microsoft Project preferred
- Cadence / Jira preferred

responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Provides the support for establishing and maintaining the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports and analysis such as critical path and variance analysis.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers.
