SCHEDULE:
This position has core work hours on third shift (roughly 4pm-Midnight Central Standard time, Sunday through Thursday). However, flexibility is needed for work hours for this position and are subject to the needs of the business. Sometimes you may be working on something critical that takes you past your planned work hours. Schedule variances are part of the job, which may include covering other shifts or weekends, holiday support rotation, the occasional need to cover split-shifts, and a rotating responsibility as an escalation person.
