About the role :

The Customer Journey Specialist is responsible for analyzing, mapping and optimizing the end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints and channels for the retention and expansion of Randstad Enterprise’s largest clients, with special focus on our ABSM one-to-one approach.

This role focuses on understanding customer behaviors, needs and pain points to enhance satisfaction, retention and loyalty throughout the G2000 enterprise customer lifecycle.

The Customer Journey Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Skills You Will Need

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in customer journey mapping tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems. Proficiency in Pardot and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience working remotely and across cultures, doing business globally.
