Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze marketing data from various sources to identify trends and insights for marketing strategies.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize marketing performance and use advanced Excel techniques for data analysis and report creation.
• Evaluate marketing campaigns, provide actionable insights, and collaborate on A/B tests.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer behaviors.
• Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to align marketing efforts and enhance marketing materials through feedback.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve experiences and refine strategies.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience in the energy sector is a plus.
• Proficient in Power BI and advanced Excel. Familiar with CRM systems and marketing tools like Salesforce.
• Strong analytical abilities with a focus on data accuracy. Able to translate data into actionable insights.
