Responsibilities :

• Enters all Production and Indirect data into the Productivity Accountability Tracking System (PATS) / Labor Management software not interfaced directly from SCAN.
• Analyzes each associates' daily activity to identify and correct issues with data transmission, incorrect transferring of associates, and Indirect requests that do not fit into the time slot as requested.
• Interacts with Supervisors to ensure issues are resolved. Requires a high level of sensitivity to payroll deadlines and accuracy of productivity and indirect data to ensure incentive pay for associates is timely and accurate.
• Verifies Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each associate each day. Reviews each

associates' activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN. Keys in Indirect time from Logs. Ensures Indirect time appears to be accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of other assignments.
