We are searching for a Sales Representative or Sales Engineer to work for a niche industrial distributor in St. Louis, MO that serves clients throughout the Midwest. Candidates who have a technical background with no sales experience but are interested in moving into sales are encouraged to apply.

This position is home-based, with travel to client sites throughout Missouri, Illinois, and Iowa. Candidates can live in any of these three states.

This role provides a base salary with unlimited commission.

Responsibilities

• Focus on expanding our client base within the manufacturing and industrial sectors by Identifying and reaching out to potential clients who require process equipment.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Conduct sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our services and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth within the boiler industry.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
