Randstad USA is Hiring a Procurement Program Coordinator Near Redmond, WA

The team is looking for an analytical and results-oriented candidate that will be responsible for providing direct tactical and executional support. The Project Coordinator candidate will perform consistent and accurate entry of written and electronic data into various client systems. The individual will be open to ambiguity day-to-day, working fairly siloed on the graphic side of the house, and is a strong communicator.

Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Provide assistance to the Program Management team on status of projects

• Collaborative prioritization with Program Management Team

• Collect requirements and assigning tasks

• Track, analyze, and communicate project risks and opportunities

• Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers, communicate with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain issue logs and identify key resolutions for issues/tasks at hand

• Track and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assurance

• Create, maintain and monitor program activity reports, dashboards, and metrics

• Create and monitor project reports for program managers, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues with plan executions

• Collaborate frequently and closely with the team to ensure program activities and project tasks are executed on time

• Point of contact for stakeholders which may include both internal and external customers

• Business reporting, data validation and analysis, including but not limited to: PO's, inventory, liability, customer orders, forecast

Performance Measurement:

Performance is measured based on tasks completed on time, understanding systems, working with other project managers, and becoming self-sustained 6 months into the role.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3 years of experience with Google Suite or equivalent software

• Ability to work well within cross functional teams, and with internal/external partners

• Has a track record of planning/buying/production planning

• Some familiarity with procurement (system can be tricky)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Additional financial experience – financial analysis or finance background

• Created internal documentation for a previous team
