A well established food industry company in Miami is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company by performing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. The role involves entering vendor invoices, performing three-way matching, and processing high volume transactions, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities

• Post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Verify and reconcile invoices and payment requests.
• Prepare and send out customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Porcessing high volume invoices and PO'S.
