Responsibilities

• Analyze invoices for payment with regards to prices, deductions Review and reconcile bank statements
• High volume processing experience, 2-way and 3-way match, POs
• Process bills for payment
• Knowledgeable in large ERP software
• Knowledgeable in Excel
• Run reports and analyze information using excel
• Audit and process credit card bills
• Pays vendors by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation
• Review invoices received from UPS or any freight forwarder to ensure shipment has been approved or posted to customer account.
• Other projects or tasks assigned by Management as needed.
