job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Investigate new customer credit applications.
- Collections of past due accounts and contact with customers regarding account issues.
- Monitors past due accounts change in shipments due to nonpayment and credit hold.
- Generates daily and weekly reports.
- Generates, analyzes, and distributes customer statements of accounts, as needed.
- Post payments for all customers.
- Investigate short payments & debit memos.
- Review RGAs and process credit memos.
- Maintains customer Bill-to and Ship-to files in Axapta.
- Monitors sales orders for pricing discrepancies.
- Monitors trade agreements for accuracy.
- Oversees the invoicing and filing of all A / R, credit, and billing documents.
- Back up for A / P Specialist.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
