Randstad is Hiring an Administrative assistant Near Hartford, CT

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in West Hartford, CT. This role is on-site and involves meeting clients, scheduling, updating portfolios and providing quotes.

Candidates should have familiarity with insurance and / or investment terminology. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and grow professionally.

salary : $55,000 - $60,000 per year

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Scheduling appointments

Client portfolio updates

CRM software experience required

Knowledge of insurance or investments required

Quick thinker, decision maker

Understanding of IRA's, RMD's and retirement planning required

Clear and concise communitaction via email and phone
