Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals with previous factory experience to join our team as Factory Production Associates. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as assigned.
salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
