Seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Intake Specialist to join winning team! This role is crucial to helping to manage incoming and new clients. We're seeking someone who's (preferably) fluent in both English and Spanish, as this is a phone-heavy position requiring telemarketing and phone sales experience. Requirements:

• Confident, friendly, and persuasive over the phone.
• Background in phone sales.
• Attention to detail and a service-oriented disposition.
• Excellent communication skills, a passion for teamwork, client service, and the pursuit of justice.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and File Vine.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of calls to and from clients.
• Lead conversations with clients to gather preliminary case information and provide a general overview of the Firm's services.
• Promptly assist and guide clients in completing initial case documentation.
• Connect clients directly with attorneys and support attorneys during initial case reviews.
• Close the initial client engagement process quickly and effectively, so the client's case can move forward to the next stage.
• Perform tasks including document drafting, calendaring, scheduling, research, and file management with efficiency and accuracy.
