Responsibilities

• Efficiently process a variety of requests daily, demonstrating both independence and teamwork
• Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring their needs are fully met throughout the process
• Deliver clear and courteous communication via phone and email, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
• Navigate multiple systems and databases seamlessly to expedite request processing
• Monitor and prioritize multiple email channels, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries
• Conduct thorough research in company databases to fulfill customer requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee accurate and timely processing of requests
• Compile comprehensive sales and order history reports upon request

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet customer needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various platforms
