job summary : Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Maintain maintenance records for all machines in the MRP system (EPICOR)
- Install and maintain production machines and other company equipment
- Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment and perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service
- Utilize mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
- Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, test, and make adjustments
- Perform various electrical activities, including repairs and construction of new services
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Enter shop equipment specifications into the company MRP system
- Utilize the MRP system to record equipment maintenance and repairs as they occur
- Perform other duties as assigned
