• Operate pharmaceutical compression machines in line with established procedures and guidelines.
• Set up and adjust machine settings to meet desired tablet specifications, including size, weight, and hardness.
• Monitor machine operation and performance to ensure consistent production of quality tablets.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify and address any issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery, to maintain optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and make necessary adjustments or repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
• Document production activities, including machine settings, batch records, and quality control data.
• Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to conduct in-process inspections and sample finished products.
• Assist in training new employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
