responsibilities:
- Frequent travel required
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget development and adherence.
- Manage overall project delivery schedule, ensuring timely equipment delivery and installation.
- Serve as the main contact for leadership, operations, and product coordinators throughout the project.
- Direct the procurement of necessary equipment and systems, such as walk-in coolers, lighting packages, and security equipment.
- Handle contract negotiation, project scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout.
- Supervise design consultants, general contractors, and service providers, maintaining contractual agreements.
- Oversee the RFP process, contract awards, and ensure timely execution of pay applications.
- Schedule and oversee project meetings, site inspections, punch walks, and warranty inspections.
- Provide weekly project status reports, including progress, schedules, and risk escalation notices.
- Work with operations leaders to minimize construction impact on business during remodels, ensuring accurate project planning.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
