Responsibilities
We are working with our client to fulfill a Customer Service Manager role in North Dallas. They are a e-commerce warehouse and order fulfillment facility. They are looking for someone who has an experienced background in working in a fast-paced environment consisting of distrbution, logisitics or wharehouse support to ensure timeley and effecient service.
Responsibilites

• Overseeing and leading a team of customer service reps including performance
• Conducting orientation and training programs
• Developing and Implementing customer service policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the operational team to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment, warehousing and shipping for cusomers

Requirements

• Min. of one (1) year of experience in a fulfillment operation, distribution center or similar environment
• Min. of one (1) year of management/supervisory experience
• Proven experience in account management or call center environment. 100% in a call center not needed.
• Background in customer service operations including the shipping applications and programs as well as CRM applications
• Knowledge of inventory control
• Ability to analyze trends in the market and customer feedback
• Ability to work and make key decisions in a consistently moving environment
