We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 7 to 10 month opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Flexible Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-9:00pm. Qualifications:

• 1 plus years of Customer Service experience
• Solid technical skills including MS Office suite
• Solid critical thinking skills
• Excellent Time Management
• Ability to collaborate and open communication in team environment
• Conflict resolution skills
• Work flexibility
• Excellent attention to detail

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interfacing with customers
• The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases.
• They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force.
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
