We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Center Representative to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.

work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors and members via phone, email, and chat
  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating more complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service received
What you'll have:
  • Associate or Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration
  • 1 year of work-related customer service experience
  • Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking, analytical, and computer skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to efficiently navigate and operate personal computer and all related claims/business software
Pay : $19.00 per hour OR $19.50 per hour for bilingual (Spanish)
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm EST (4 weeks)
POST Training: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-8pm EST (MUST have open availability)
Location: Training will be onsite, after training there will be an opportunity to change to a hybrid or remote schedule
