Randstad is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Administrator to support our client's administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of records and supporting the operational efficiency of the company. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with database management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain information in the company's databases, including membership records, donation tracking, event registrations, and other relevant data
• Regularly review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Identify and correct data entry errors
• Generate reports as required for various departments, including financial summaries, membership statistics, and event participation
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity
• Provide general administrative support to the office manager and other staff as needed
