Responsibilities
Requirements:

• Dispatch coordination experience in HVAC
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
• Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, Service Titan, MS Outlook

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming service calls, ensuring exceptional customer experience
• Coordinate with the service operations manager for efficient technician assignments
• Maintain and update the dispatch board with accurate ticket comments
• Respond promptly to overnight messages, ensuring follow-up by 9 am the next day
• Schedule and coordinate demand service calls
• Order and coordinate HVAC service parts as needed
