  • Maintain Employee Records : Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee details, including contact information, job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure.
  • Recruitment Management : Handle recruiting activities, maintaining accurate records of job openings and applications, and manage both internal and external job postings.
  • Candidate Screening : Review applications, screen candidates for entry-level and non-exempt positions, and conduct or schedule preliminary interviews.
  • Payroll Administration : Perform administrative and recordkeeping tasks related to payroll, including staffing changes such as layoffs, resignations, and terminations.
  • Leave Administration : Oversee the administration of all employee leaves of absence.
  • Employee Benefits : Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including collecting and submitting information to health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance carriers or brokers.
  • Information Meetings : Plan and support company-wide information meetings, such as open enrollment, new hire orientation, and meetings to discuss changes in retirement or benefits plans.
