Randstad is partnering with a client in the southside who is in need of a temporary HR Specialist for a 3-month long assignment. Successful candidates will have prior experience in HR with great knowledge on HR processes and systems. You will be involved in the recruiting process, scheduling interviews and assisting new hires with onboarding and benefits administration.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Finding and hiring qualified candidates for open positions, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and performing background checks
• Onboarding: Orienting new employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits
• Compensation and benefits: Preparing packages for employees
• Training and development: Providing opportunities for employees to grow and develop
• Employee relations: Maintaining positive relationships with employees
• HR procedures: Ensuring a healthy workplace by establishing company policies and providing HR procedures
• Employee records: Keeping employee records up to date
• Updating the company organizational chart using internal software systems
