salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Experience in injection molding processes and production and in scientific molding is a plus.
• Experience with creating, modifying and maintaining established departmental processes and procedures.
• Ensures schedule goals are met or exceeded in a timely/efficient manner.
• Experience working with Quality control department to ensure full compliance of production output, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Experience in a leadership role, mentoring, and training of production personnel.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts and understand the 5's Program
• Able to track time/attendance in time keeping system
• Monitor established KPI's
• Coordinate with Maintenance department for necessary preventative maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
• Follows all policies and procedures of Occupational Safety and Health, Human Resources and Quality Department. Reports any safety deficiency to immediate supervisor.
