CHECK THE BILL OF MATERIAL FOR DESCRIPTION, QUANTITY AND PARTS NEEDED TO BUILD THE PRODUCT. READ THE ROUTING CAREFULLY AND REPORT LABOR AGAINST THE PROPER SEQUENCE.
REVIEW THE WORK ORDER FOR ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. REQUEST A PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY DRAWING FROM YOUR LEAD PERSON, SUPERVISOR OR INSPECTOR WHEN ONE IS REQUIRED.
INSPECT ALL PARTS AS THEY ARE BEING USED. FLANGES ( THE JOINT BETWEEN THE BODY AND COVER ) MUST BE INSPECTED 100% WITH A .
0015" FEELER GAGE. THE GAGE CAN GO NO DEEPER THAN 1 / 8" MAX. CHECK FOR POROSITY, TORN THREADS, BAD PAINT, MISSING FEATURES ETC.
