*This positon is 100% in office* We are seeking a Medical Biller to join our team in Franklin, TN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing various aspects of the revenue cycle process. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare billing and reimbursement procedures. This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in medical billing processes with a focus on recoupments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance reimbursement procedures.
salary: $24.99 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
Claims Management: Monitor and manage the entire claims process from submission to payment, including claim edits, denials, and appeals.
Accounts Receivable Management: Follow up on outstanding claims, resolve billing discrepancies, and work with payers to expedite payments.
Payment Posting: Post payments and adjustments accurately to patient accounts, ensuring compliance with billing regulations and internal policies.
Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received with expected revenue and investigate any discrepancies.
