Responsibilities

• Prepare and load small pins (approximately 1 inch) into a grinding machine accurately.
• Work closely with a machinist to ensure the quality of the grinding process.
• Follow the machinist's instructions and collaborate to maintain high standards of work.
• Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in the gauges.
• Sort small gauges into labeled trays.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of mechanical processes and tools.
• Apply high school-level math skills (decimals, fractions, multiplication, and division) without the use of a calculator.
• Employees who excel in the Production Associate role will have opportunities for advancement in the Machine Shop, Quality, and/or Shipping departments.
