• Apply coatings, glazes, and finishes to products with precision and accuracy, following detailed instructions and specifications.
• Perform masking and taping on products as required to protect specific areas during the coating process.
• Prepare materials and equipment for the coating, blasting, and finishing processes, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and in good condition.
• Inspect products before and after the coating, blasting, and finishing processes to identify and address any defects or inconsistencies.
• Operate and maintain coating, blasting, and finishing equipment, performing routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the assembly and packaging of finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines, working efficiently and effectively to achieve goals.
