- Answer customers' inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Conducting thorough assessments of the project needs, considering materials, labor, and any additional services required.
- Efficiently complete paperwork related to sales transactions.
- Inform customers about estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other pertinent information.
- Attend weekly sales meetings every Thursday morning at 7am.
- Provide installation and repair support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide support during the installation and repair phases of the projects. This may involve coordinating with our installation teams, overseeing project timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Managing collections related to sales transactions. This includes following up with clients regarding payment schedules, addressing any billing inquiries, and ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner.
Overall, your dedication to providing exceptional estimates and client support throughout the order process, including installation, repair, and collections, will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence.
