Randstad is Hiring a Title Specialist Near Marlton, NJ

In this position, you will be focused on completing legal research to support the servicing team for a variety of different types of loans. You will be analyzing policies and procedures, Title Commitments, and legal descriptions. You will use that information to make decisions to correct errors. This team uses a hybrid schedule from the office located in Marlton, NJ. Apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of title and legal documentation including Title Insurance Commitments and Policies.
  • Knowledge of real property documentation including various conveyancing documents including deeds and security instruments
  • Ability to independently review title documents, produce written analysis of title problems and implement solutions.
  • Ability to interact with attorneys, title insurance Agents and underwriters to resolve complex problems and facilitate correction of legal documents.
  • Able to read and understand legal descriptions of land.
  • Assist management with reporting and documentation of department processes and procedures
  • Ability to use various programs like MS Word, Outlook, and Excel in preparation of documents and correspondence.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Title or Foreclosure department of law firm, title insurance company or other legal environment required.
  • Experience in residential or commercial finance, or mortgage banking experience or Lender Servicing department a plus but not required.
  • Must have one of the following: Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, or Title Insurance Agents License
