responsibilities:

• Crafting Financial Insight: Take the lead in preparing and updating the global consolidated cash forecast model, driving insightful analysis across all markets. This model serves as a critical tool externally evaluated by financial stakeholders.
• Forecast Monitoring: Maintain a close eye on financial covenants, preparing and monitoring weekly forecasts to ensure alignment with credit agreements. Regularly engage with senior leadership to discuss forecast outcomes.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly comparisons of forecasted and actual cash flows, pinpointing key variances and communicating these insights to senior management. Utilize critical thinking to propose effective remedies and improvements.
• Collaborative Forecasting: Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including Accounting and Finance, to ensure accuracy in forecasting future cash flows. Work hand-in-hand with local market leaders to refine processes and enhance model accuracy.
• Technology Integration: Partner with our Information Technology group to streamline data gathering processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash flow reporting.
• Strategic Planning: Play a pivotal role in long-term planning by reviewing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for each market. Provide valuable insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Scenario Analysis: Identify and communicate potential scenarios, risks, and opportunities, enriching cash flow reviews with actionable insights. Assist senior leadership by providing thorough cash flow analysis for executive and board meetings.
• Daily Cash Management: Collaborate closely with senior finance leadership to analyze daily cash positions, preparing short-term cash flow forecasts to guide near-term financial decisions.

qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5-7 years of experience in cash flow forecasting and management
• Proficiency in integrated financial modeling (BS/IS/CF/Debt)
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Oracle Fusion a plus
