In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team including supervisors, pickers, packers, and forklift operators.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain adequate staffing for efficient material flow.
• Oversee safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Provide equipment and racking for safe material transport and storage.
• Monitor paperwork flow for timely data entry.
• Ensure proper material storage for space conservation and safety.
• Monitor shipping performance and inventory control.
• Communicate issues and corrective actions to management.
• Provide training and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform other related duties as required.
