Amarillo's #1 voted shoe store, Randy's Shoes, is interviewing for an Administrative Assistant, willing to work side by side with the Store Manager and employees to ensure all tasks get learned & completed.

This role is ideal for candidates who have a passion for customer service and are proficient in scheduling, phone etiquette and building there craft! We already have an amazing staff but we are looking to combine that with an equally amazing Admin!

The position pays every two weeks! You can become a critical part of the great team that we already have in place! All employees receive employee discount.

Job Responsibilities :

• Duties include billing, scheduling, customer service & reconciling invoices
• Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Job Requirements :

• Must be proficient in Word and Excel and / or Google Sheets
• Knowledge in HIPPA Laws is a bonus
• Knowledge of footwear is a plus
• Hours are Monday thru Friday 9-6
