Hosting is to greet customers, get them seated at appropriate tables. Coordinate with the kitchen and the serving staff. End of day responsibilities are assigned on a daily basis.

Bussing is to clear tables between customers. General cleaning and other end of day responsibilities are assigned daily.

The right candidate for this job has a positive attitude, the ability to speak with the public, or at least the fortitude to be trained for this, has a good work ethic and will take pride in their job.
