• Job Title : Collections Specialist II (Hybrid)*

• Hybrid : 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week*
• Job Description : *

The purpose of the Billing Administrator job family is to ensure the smooth operation of the Service business, by ensuring accuracy and timeliness of case / work order closure, invoices, and cost assignment to customer contracts where appropriate.

• To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following : *
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (required), Bachelor’s degree (a plus)Minimum of 1 year of reimbursement services, insurance / medical billing, collections and / or Accounts Receivable in medical billing experience
• Revenue cycle management experience with insurance companies (a plus)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mailing systems
• Strong verbal communication with internal / external partners
• Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility CMS1500 professional billing experience (a plus)
• US work authorization is a precondition of employment.

• Must be commutable distance to our Malvern, PA office location.
• This Hybrid position is not 100% remote, you will be expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
