Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the well-being of patients and delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any deviations from normal ranges
- Assist in medical procedures such as spinal taps, IV infusions, and catheter care
- Provide care for patients across various settings including urgent care, PICU, assisted living facilities, and occupational health environments
- Conduct assessments, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- 1 year of general nursing experience
- Experience in diverse healthcare settings including urgent care, assisted living, and occupational health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
