Rangely District Hospital is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

JOB STATEMENT

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Providing health care services to our patients. Will plan, direct and evaluate patients; examine and treat chronic and acute episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries/illnesses; performs selected laboratory testing; offer referrals to physicians, write prescriptions, and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols and available equipment.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Board Certified

Current Colorado License in Good Standing

Current Certifications: DOT Physicals, Nexplanon, ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS

EXPERIENCE: 3-7 years preferred

Salary Range

$50-68.72 per Hour
