Our successful HVAC Company is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and educating our sales department on best practices. This could include teaching the most effective ways to generate leads, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals. You will be responsible for hiring salespeople and providing leadership to ensure they meet their sales goals.
It is important that the sales team is held to the highest ethical standards, and we expect you to support those standards and practices. If you have a proven track record of leading a successful sales team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire salespeople for a variety of positions
- Educate salespeople on the most effective ways to generate leads, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals
- Oversee the Department day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale
- Track prospective and existing customers using the company’s preferred CRM from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond
- Foster high customer satisfaction with the buying experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business
- Track HVAC sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales
- High school diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of sales experience, with at least one year in a management role, is preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required
