Entry Level Client Service Representative Daily Duties:

• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers and tailor your presentations to address specific customer needs and concerns
• Be able to effectively explain how the products/services meet customers' needs
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients products or services offered in order to drive sales initiatives
• Submit daily or weekly reports to the sales manager, detailing progress and results
• Attend regular Entry Level Client Service Representative training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Provide accurate and persuasive information to alleviate concerns and encourage a positive response
• Conduct all interactions in a respectful and professional manner, adhering to company ethics and values
