This position requires no prior insurance experience but is strongly encouraged and demands strong office skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and endorsements.
  • Provide assistance and support to insurance agents and staff, focusing on managing the current book of business without the need for cold-calling.
  • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have.
Requirements
  • Active Florida Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. Must have previous office experience.
  • A high school diploma is required with a strong drive for career advancement and a commitment to long-term tenure.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy.
  • Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries , tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Candidate must have basic computer software knowledge . This includes being proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate effectively through written and verbal means , both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
