PRODUCTION OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate a variety of machines, mainly hydraulic presses
• Perform quality control checks to ensure work falls within specifications
• Monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Use computer system for job management
• May assist with metal finishing, assembly, and/or packaging product

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in hydraulic press or stamping press work preferred, but not required. Any experience in a factory position is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Able to consistently use and lift equipment/materials weighing up to 50 pounds; ability to work standing for 10 hour shift
• Reliable and willing to work a 40-hour week (voluntary overtime on occasion)

• Onsite interview with a Production Supervisor followed by a factory tour
• Hiring decisions are typically made within 72 hours of your onsite interview
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam and criminal background check* required prior to beginning work
